Element Sustainability have provided a full package of compliance services for the latest residential scheme completed for Lane End Developments at Lucy Street in Trafford. The proposals included the construction of thirty-eight dwellings, comprising two storey houses and apartments.
We have been involved with the project from planning through to practical completion, providing a complete package of compliance services, such as:
- SAP calculations and EPCs;
- Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment and certification;
- Air Permeability Testing; and,
- Sound Testing.
