Clare House on the road to BREEAM Very Good

Our in-house BREEAM Assessor Stacey conducted a successful BREEAM site inspection visit for the new supported living accommodation for the homeless in Huddersfield. The design and construction team have worked hard to produce a brilliant building. The development has achieved the Design Stage (interim certification) and achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating. We will now focus on working with the Home Group to complete the Post-Construction BREEAM Assessment and certify the building for practical completion.
