Clare House Certified to BREEAM ‘Very Good’

Element Sustainability are pleased to announce another successful BREEAM certification in Huddersfield for the new supported living accommodation for the homeless. The design and construction team have worked hard to produce a brilliant building for the Home Group. The development has now been BREEAM certified achieving a rating of ‘Very Good’. This target rating, implemented by the funding body for the project, broadly represents a performance equivalent to the top 25% of new UK commercial buildings.
