Seeking Compliance for Jones Homes

Element Sustainability have been working closely with Jones Homes Yorkshire to provide compliance services for their seventy-one-house development at Simpson Park, Harworth. The development, that is successfully through the planning stage, will comprise of six house type variants. All plots required design stage SAP calculations to demonstrate compliance with Part L1A Building Regulations provided by our in-house energy assessor. Further compliance services for the residential scheme include:

  • Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to be issued upon completion; and,
  • Part G energy calculations.

Our on-going relationship with Jones Homes, one of the UK’s largest privately-owned housebuilders, has allowed us to determine and exercise the most commercially preferable solution to compliance. We ensure that all client priorities are incorporated within the proposed approach for compliance with Building Regulations to create dwellings that are inherently energy efficient and cost effective to construct and operate. We look forward to certifying this current scheme and assisting in forthcoming developments.
