Macclesfield Hope Park Phase 2 development certified BREEAM ‘Good’

Element Sustainability are pleased to announce another successful BREEAM certification. The new office development,  within the Macclesfield Hospital complex, has been BREEAM certified to a ‘Good’ rating. This target rating, a requirement of the tenant, East Cheshire NHS Trust, broadly represents a performance equivalent to the top 50% of new commercial buildings in the UK.
