Premier Inn Southgate on the road to BREEAM Very Good

Our in-house BREEAM Assessor conducted a BREEAM site inspection visit and assessment progress meeting for the new Premier Inn hotel development in Southgate, London. The design and construction team have worked hard to produce a brilliant building which is in a prominent north London location. We now look forward to working with HR Projects Limited and the team to complete the Post-Construction BREEAM Assessment and certify the building as BREEAM ‘Very Good’.
