Latest instruction – Sustainability and Energy Statement

10th March 2012

Element Sustainability has been appointed as Sustainability Consultants to provide energy consultancy and design input prior to the preparation of Sustainability and Energy Statements in support of the Detailed Planning Application for a large, mixed use development in Salford.  The brown field regeneration project which will comprise ~300 residential units is expected to incorporate photovoltaic renewable energy generation and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems. In additional to low energy design features the site benefits from onsite communal space provision and a city centre location enabling the occupants to lead a low impact lifestyle.
